Connectiva is operated by ARFI Werbetechnik GmbH, a company registered in Switzerland. Our platform serves as a digital hub connecting businesses, job seekers, and consumers in the Rhine Valley region.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our platform or use our services.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• -"User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Platform.
• -"Business Partner" refers to companies that have registered listings on our Platform.
• -"Content" refers to all text, images, videos, and other materials published on the Platform.
• -"Services" refers to all features and functionalities provided through the Platform.
• -"Listing" refers to any business, property, vehicle, or job posting published on the Platform.

To access certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

As a User of our Platform, you agree to:

Business Partners who create listings on our Platform agree to the following:

5.1 Listing Accuracy

• All information provided in listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading
• Business Partners are responsible for keeping their listings up to date
• Images must accurately represent the business, property, vehicle, or opportunity

5.2 Prohibited Content

• Listings may not contain illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content
• Fraudulent or deceptive listings are strictly prohibited
• Content that infringes on third-party rights is not allowed

5.3 Verification

Connectiva reserves the right to verify any listing and may require additional documentation to confirm the legitimacy of businesses and their offerings.

Certain services on our Platform require payment. By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to the following:

6.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT where required. Prices may be subject to change with reasonable notice.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated on the Platform. Payment must be made in full before services are activated.

6.3 Subscriptions

Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

6.4 Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are not provided for services already rendered or subscriptions that have been partially used.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ARFI Werbetechnik GmbH and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.1 Our Content

The Connectiva name, logo, and all related graphics, logos, and service names are trademarks of ARFI Werbetechnik GmbH. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

7.2 User Content

By posting content on our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services.

You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to post it.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Connectiva provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users or Business Partners
• We are not liable for any transactions between users and Business Partners
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our Services in the preceding 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Violating the rights of other users or third parties
• Any conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or its users

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will:
